Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to all U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery & Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, OffBrand Society is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Carrier Responsibility: Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility. OB Society is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages during transit. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with such issues.
